UPDATED RULES

We have updated our league rules, as follows:

1) 30 minutes halves are now in the rules
2) Off-sides has been abolished starting August 2, 2018.
3) SUBSTITUTIONS:
a) Substitutes only had mid-field, not behind the goal
b) Substitutions on Goal Kicks, Own Throw-in and Kick Offs. Injury Subs is 1-for-1.
c) Substitutes must clearly indicate to the referee that they wish to sub, and the referee must acknowledge their wish.
d) If a team subs, the other team may piggy back onto that substitution.
e) At no time are substitutions "on the fly" allowed.
f) On Kick-Offs, no referee acknowledgement is required.
g) Referees are encouraged to add time for lengthy substitutions and may take their time to ensure orderly substitutions.
4) The "As Needed" player rules are added. In Summary, only players registered with TTRC are allowed to play; no additional players over 11 players allowed on game day; and "as needed" players are ineligible for playoffs.
