Registration Information

WHO:         Boys and Girls in NWI ages 5-14 as of July 31st, 2023

WHERE:    Chesterton Moose Lodge, 602 Broadway Chesterton IN

WHEN:     Registration has been completed for the 2022 Season. You can look for registration information on all social media starting in February of 2023. 

FEES:   Flag   FOOTBALL $100 includes jersey
                 Spring CHEER $240 includes uniform
                Tackle FOOTBALL $250 includes jersey
Fall CHEER $400 includes full complete uniform and accessories and 3 competitions

WHAT TO BRING:
- all required documents including copy of birth certificate, copy of the 2023 player contract and 2023  physicial forms (found on this website), and copy of your athletes most current, most complete school report card, (homeschool/preschool form if no report card).
