The RYFH program is a youth field hockey program for girls in grades 2 through 8 who live in Ridgefield Connecticut. We believe in fostering a team environment which enables girls to develop their athletic skills, sportsmanship and confidence and also prepares them for high school level athletics.  

We are a fall season sport and generally start practice in late August /early September and finish in November.
