Welcome to American Canyon Little league Spring Baseball/Softball 2019 Registration!

This league is open to all players born between 9/1/2002 and 8/31/2015 (Player ages 4 to 16).
Spring baseball is non-competitive for T-Ball and Rookie divisions. All other divisions are competitive and teams are determined by a draft. Players 7 years and up will participate in mandatory Tryouts. Players that are 6 years old can participate in tryouts however it is optional and not mandatory.  

Registration

- Online registration has been extended. 
- Registration fee for T-Ball division (4-5 yrs) is $125 per player and all other divisions (6 yrs and up) is $175 per player.
(There is $50 sibling discount per additional players registered.)
-  Only online registration is available, in-person sign ups will not be available during document verification days.
-  Please be sure to complete registration online prior to reporting to a document verification day. 

Document Verification

For all registration completed online after Jan 26th, you will need to contact the Player Agent ([email protected]) to coordinate document verification.  


The following items are required for verification (All items are required even if player was previously registered):

1. Player(s) birth certificate
2. 3 forms of address verification
a. Examples are Driver’s license, Homeowner or rental records, and Utility bill. For more examples, 
see Little League Residency Checklist.
b. Please note that you will need one verification item from each group.
3. $250 volunteer deposit. Check made out to ACLL, dated July 1, 2019.  
a. This will be returned upon completion of required 15 volunteer hours.
b. Check is only processed at the end of the season if volunteer hours are not completed.
c. Volunteer hours can be earned in many ways, e.g. working in the Canteen, Coaching, Umpiring, etc.
4. Printed and Completed Medical Release Form.
5. Printed and Signed Parent Code of Conduct Form.

(Please note that proof of residency documents do not need to be uploaded during the Blue Sombrero registration process.)

Baseball/Softball Tryouts

- Tryouts will occur 1/19/19 and 01/26/2019 for players 6 years and up.
- Drafts will occur the week of 2/4/2019, and teams will be announced shortly thereafter.

Practices, Games & Events

- Practices will begin in early February. Parents will be contacted by coaches once player is assigned to a team.
- Opening Day is scheduled on March 16th.
- Picture day is scheduled for March 24th.
- Hit-a-thon Fundraiser is scheduled for April 28th.
- Mom’s Coach is scheduled for May 11th.
- Closing Ceremonies and Camp out are scheduled for June 1st.
- The regular season will end June 1st, with All Stars extending as late as July (or August depending on the team's tournament progression).
