Hello Coaches and Volunteers,

Welcome to the York Suburban Football Club. 

First, I wanted to thank all of your for volunteering for our inaugural season. We are looking forward to a great season for our children, and couldn't do it without volunteers like yourselves. 

Below are the requirements for each of you to be able to volunteer this season. Please complete these and send me your clearances. Some of these take some time to acquire, so please complete them as soon as possible.

1.       PA State Police Criminal History Online: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp

2.       Child Abuse History Clearance Online: https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS

3.       YCYFA Form or If you lived outside the State of Pennsylvania anytime within the past 10 years, you must also complete the fingerprint based FBI Criminal Background check.

4. Mandated Reporter Training : http://www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu/ - Free
