District 5 - Kapa'a serving the northside of Kaua'i from the south bank of Wailua River to Ha'ena.  Providing student athletes a safe and fun environment to learn flag football, youth tackle football and cheerleading.

14U Tackle 12-13-14 (14 year olds are encouraged to play high school junior varsity football)

Junior Pee Wee 8-9-10-11
Peewee 9-10-11-12
Junior Varsity         10-11-12-13
Varsity 12-13-14-15-16

Associations may not have all of the listed divisions.  Actual divisions offered will be based on participant numbers at the start of the season.
