HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR

Dear Prospective FGSL Business Sponsor,

Fairhope Girls Softball League is a non-profit, all-volunteer, program providing girls with a safe environment to learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership through the game of softball. Last season our League had over 160 girls playing softball with us. It is the goal of the 2019 Board of Directors of Fairhope Girls Softball League to keep the costs of joining the league as inexpensive as possible, so that we can reach more children and provide the best playing fields and equipment possible to the girls in our community. Our fields are in need of constant renovation and improvement. Your donation will help us meet these goals. Sponsorship can be at several levels – please see attached sponsor form. We have put together a sponsorship package designed to reciprocate your support with adequate local exposure and direct promotions to generate incremental business and goodwill for your company within the growing softball community. We sincerely hope your business will be able to help our girls by providing the support needed for a successful and memorable softball season. If you cannot make a cash donation at this time, please consider donating an item for a future fundraiser raffle or any materials or services that will help improve our fields. If you can donate an item for our fundraiser, you can email us [email protected] to arrange for pick up of the items. Fairhope Girls Softball League is a registered tax exempt, non-profit corporation according to Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. FGSL Tax ID number is 47-2164401.
