We are pleased to announce our 2024 Fall Box Lacrosse Academy.

This program is designed to teach players how to play Box Lacrosse, using the same practices/strategies as taught to Canadians from an early age. These training sessions will allow our players to apply the skills learned in training into game play.  Not only is Box Lacrosse extremely fun to play, Box Lacrosse is the best way for players to develop their sticks skills and lacrosse IQ. There is no standing around, the ball doesn't go out of play, and players are involved in every shift they play.

Training sessions will be run by former NLL Pro and USBOXLA National Team Director- Ben Prepchuk.

**Each age group will have training sessions and games.**

When: 

5 (90 minute) training sessions. Each session will consist of skills/drills followed by a scrimmage/game type play.

Schedule:

10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30 @ 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Ages: 10u/Novice, 12u/PeeWee, 14u/Bantam
