We are pleased to announce our Friday Night Lights- 2023 Fall Box Lacrosse Program.

This program is designed to teach players how to play Box Lacrosse, using the same practices/strategies as taught to Canadians from an early age. These training sessions will allow our players to apply the skills learned in training into game play.  Not only is Box Lacrosse extremely fun to play, Box Lacrosse is the best way for players to develop their sticks skills and lacrosse IQ. There is no standing around, the ball doesn't go out of play, and players are involved in every shift they play.

Training sessions will be run by former NLL Pro and USBOXLA National Team Director- Ben Prepchuk.

**Each age group will have training sessions and games played on Friday Nights under the lights.**
