BTA Cross Country Invitational

Our Lady of Fatima Cross Country Team Launches Season with Strong Performance
The Our Lady of Fatima Cross Country team officially kicked off their season at the Blessed Trinity Academy Invitational on Saturday, August 23rd. Demonstrating exceptional grit, determination, and stamina, the team made a remarkable impression with several personal bests and four members clinching medals.

The team is composed of 35 dedicated runners ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade. They are guided by Head Coach Anthony DelTondo, with support from assistant coaches Rodney Gurosko, Julie Fadden, Abby Stiger, and Beth Ferrie.

Special recognition goes to the following athletes for their notable performances:

Rocco Kaminsky secured a 12th place finish in the JV boys category.
Hayley Poynar achieved a 17th place finish in the JV girls division.
Landon Bell excelled with a 5th place finish in Varsity boys.
DiIanna DelTondo claimed a 12th place finish in the Varsity girls category.

With such a promising start, anticipation is high for a successful season ahead. Go Falcons!
