Little League Try-Outs

Try-outs are required for all players Little League ages 8-12 (your LL age is how old your child will be on 8/31/2024). Try-outs are not required for children that played on a team in the Majors division last year.

Times are approximate and the best we can do to accommodate nearly 100+ individuals. We have prepared the schedule that follows below to provide a little flexibility. Please arrive to check-in 20 minutes prior to the posted time. Children will need their glove, a batting helmet, and a bat. Bats should remain in bags until asked to be taken out. Parents must remain outside the gym area during the try-out and no other children shall be allowed in the gym with the exception of a small handful of older children specifically invited to help facilitate.

9:00am-9:20am All 12 year olds that did NOT play on a Majors team last year and 11 year olds that did NOT play on a Majors team last year with last names beginning with A-G

9:20am-9:40am 11 year olds that did NOT play on a Majors team last year with last names beginning with H-M

9:40am-10:00am 11 year olds that did NOT play on a Majors team last year with last names N-Z and 10 year olds that have requested Majors division with last names A-G

10:00am-10:20am 10 year olds that have requested Majors division with last names H-Z

10:20am-10:40am All 11 year olds that requested Minors division and 10 year olds that that requested Minors division with last name A-L

10:40am-11:00am 10 year olds that that requested Minors division with last name M-S

11:00am-11:20am 10 year olds that that requested Minors division with last name T -Z and 9 year olds with last names beginning with A-E

11:20am-11:40am 9 year olds with last names beginning with F-O

11:40 am-12:00 pm 9 year olds with last names beginning with P-Z

12:00pm-12:20pm 8 year olds with last names beginning with A-H

12:20pm-12:40pm 8 year olds with last names beginning with I-O

12:40pm-1:00pm 8 year olds with last names beginning with P-Z

*The purpose of the try-outs is to evaluate players to promote and maximize parity between allocations of teams. All players registered and attending Little League try-outs will be assigned to a team (i.e. there are no cuts). Given this it is important that you make every effort to attend the try-outs.
