Team Photos Day is coming up very quickly!

Saturday, February 21st, 2026

(One week prior to Opening Day)

8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Heasley (right) Field.

The Heasley Diner will be open all day and we’ll have SMLL merch available to buy as well.

Photo Packages

Every player receives a complimentary basic photo package, funded by the league, which includes:

(1) 8x10 Individual Photo

(1) 3.5x5 Individual Photo

(4) Wallet Photos

(1) Photo Button

(1) 5x7 Team Photo

(1) Cardboard Frame

You are also welcome and encouraged to purchase additional photo merch from Golden State Sports Photography (and support a local small business in so doing), but there is no obligation to do so.

Order Forms

Beginning this year, to receive the complimentary photo package, EVERY PLAYER must submit a completed paper order form to the photographer on Team Photos Day, regardless of whether additional items are ordered. 

Pre-Printed forms are available from your manager or team parent, as printable PDFs (also attached to this email), or in limited supply at the event. Filling them out in advance is highly recommended.

Please note that Golden State does not accept online orders, only paper forms. But you can make payments in advance via the QR code on the back of the order form. Likewise, to pay by credit card, you must use the QR code or go to https://ordersportsphotos-com.3dcartstores.com/). Payments can also be made in person on Team Photo Day via cash, check, or the QR code.

Team Time Slots

Specific time slots have been assigned to each team, as outlined in the attached schedule PDF. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your team, get checked in, and line up the kids tallest to shortest. Each team’s shoot will take up to 20 minutes.

Timeliness is essential! We know unavoidable delays happen and we will make every attempt to accommodate late arrivals. However, there is a risk your kid(s) will not be photographed with their team or will have to come back on make-up day. 

Team Parents, your help will be greatly appreciated during your team's time slot!

Make-Up Day

A make-up day will be scheduled for individual photos only. So please try to make it on 2/21 to be part of your TEAM photos! We named the whole day after it.
