Job Description

Season: April 17 th -August 6 th (approximate dates)
- Season includes all regular season games, All-Star games, tournaments (4 – 5 per season)

Before Season:

* Clean all concession facilities
* Order supplies/food/candy/drinks/etc.
* Stock both concession stands
* Price all product
* Staffing of all concession employees

In-Season:
* Weekly schedules
* Daily inventory
* Daily stocking
* Weekly inventory purchasing
* Nightly deposits
* Board Meeting (once a month or as needed)
* Maintaining accurate records
* Pay employees

Post Season:
* Clean both concession stands
* Year-end totals

Regular Season Concession Stand Times:

* Monday-Friday: 4:00-9:00PM
* Saturday: 9-3:30PM

Vendors:
* McDonalds
* Pepsi
* Blair Candy
* Walmart
* Sam’s Club (paid mileage for travel)


Must have all updated clearances (FBI, State Police and Child Abuse)
