NFL Flag at Gateway is part of NFL Flag, the largest youth flag football league in the US with 1600+ teams, and 500,000+ youth players, with leagues operating in all 50 states. It is the official Flag Football program of the NFL (real NFL-branded uniforms) and has an NFL Flag Tournaments where winners of each region are invited to play at the NFL Pro Bowl as well as an NFL FLAG Open Tournament that gives winners a chance to attend the national NFL FLAG Bowl at the Super Bowl.
For over 10 years, Gateway Flag Football has provided an opportunity for young men and women (ages 4-17) to participate in flag football year-round. Gateway Flag’s youth league provide the best possible experience for the 1500+ youths who participate annually in our program.
Featuring a fall, winter, and spring season every year with divisions for players aged 4-17. We focus on team building combined with individual player improvement all within a fun, competitive environment. We welcome all of Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres and surrounding areas. Practices and games are conveniently located in Gateway at the Sherman Soccer Complex. Games are played "under the lights", a great family friendly event every week. Practices for are once a week on Mondays or Wednesdays and games are on Friday nights.
