Announcement On Inaugural MTLL Travel Baseball Team

To All Parents, Coaches, Board Members, Volunteers:

Monroe Township Little League is excited to announce the formation of the township’s first travel baseball team, an endeavor that we expect will expand to all levels across township baseball and softball.

This inaugural team will be an 11U team coached by League President Bill Asquith and Jimmy Magee and will seek two more coaches to fill out the staff. We will have an 8-to-10 game season along with appearing in one or two tournaments.

Indoor tryouts will begin in December. An announcement is forthcoming about a meeting to address parents’ questions.

This travel team is an exciting initiative for the league as the Board continues to explore new ideas and methods to grow registration.
