Luciano Arcurie Wins 2022 Freach-Keen Award

The recipient of the award is chosen by the individual leagues because of his or her dedication to Little League baseball and his or her sportsmanship throughout their Little League career. The Freach Keen Award is a District award in memory of P.J. Freach and Buddy Keen, who died in 1973.
