Reminder - all families are required to work in the concessions stand up to twice this season. Families are not permitted to opt out of concessions duties. We have scheduled everyone for specific times, and have communicated those times. (Unsure of your assignment? Click here!) Assignments are also posted on the bulletin board outside of the concessions stand. If you are unable to fulfill your required duty due to a personal conflict, work with the other parents on your team to switch slots. If you cannot work it out, email us and we will help. Concessions are vital to our operations and our sales contribute directly to the financial health of our league. We appreciate all who have helped so far. Also remember that the league requires that families participate in two (2) supplemental volunteer activities.You may opt out of these supplemental duties for a $50 donation to the League.We offer many options for giving back to the league including helping on Field Improvement Day, lining the field prior to games, operating the scoreboard during games, and bathroom cleaning. You may also opt in to extra concessions duties if you wish. If there is another skill you have that you can contribute, email us so we can work with you for your volunteer credit. We will manage all of our game-related volunteer duties as well as our concessions schedule using SignUp Genius.The various links for sign ups are listed below, and can be found on our Volunteer Opportunities web page. This web page also has a snapshot of each family's progress towards completing the 2 task requirement. When you report for your volunteer duties, be sure to sign in so that we can credit you for your work completed. There will be a sign in notebook in the Concessions Stand, one in the women's bathroom, and one in the press box. If you have worked and forgot to sign in, please email us with the task you completed and the date. We appreciate everyone's time and efforts. These value-added tasks help make the on-field experience for all our kids that much more special.
