All players who are interested in being considered for the Cville Venom All-Star Teams for league-age 15 years old or younger, please plan to attend the tryout on May 22NDfrom 5PM to 7PM at Gardner Field at Lane Park. The all-star experience normally runs from mid-June to mid-July and is typically 4-5 days each week. The cost is projected to be around $100 per player, and scholarships are available. Let the league know if you are interested, but can’t attend the tryout. A separate tryout will be held for the 18u teamin early June. More details will be available closer to the tryout date.

Winners will be notified by email by June 15th. The winner need not be present. We will collect all monies, sold ticket stubs, and unsold tickets shortly after May 28th at your team’s practice or game. Please put all monies and stubs in a sealed envelope with the player's name on it.
For instances when we have to postpone games or close fields, please refer to our hotline: 434-878-0712.The hotline will be the first method we update in case of schedule changes.We will also do our best to post updates to the home page of our website and our Facebook page. We have extremely dedicated and hard-working coaches who go to extra lengths to make sure the field is safe and playable for each game and practice.The League will err on the side of proceeding with all scheduled events.There may be circumstances where teams report to the field but are unable to play.Experience has taught us that canceling early can be problematic, so we tend to err on the side of optimism. Coaches are in control of the practice schedule and may be able to work in some drills and conditioning even if it may be cold or wet. For practices, the league will not always close fields, and your coach will be in touch with you in case they are able to make alternative arrangements. For practices, your coach will make the final call if he needs to cancel and will let you know the status of your practice.
