Our goal at Willow Creek is to instill in our players a dedication to self-improvement through the development of softball skills and athletic ability, create a sense of connection to the community by the practice and modeling of good sportsmanship and team-focused goals, and provide a fun environment to cement a life-long love of softball.

All players are given game-situation playing opportunities in the field and at bat. The most important measure of our success is not the win-loss record, but rather that players have fun, develop key skills and values, and at the end of the season desire to continue playing softball at the next level.

At the conclusion of each spring season, competitive “All Star” teams are formed to participate in a district playoff tournament with the winning teams each division competing in a state tournament.

Our membership area includes all girls aged 4-14 living within one of the following school district boundaries in NW Portland and Beaverton, Oregon: Barnes, Bethany, Bonny Slope, Cedar Mill, Cedar Park, Elmonica, Findley, Five Oaks, Forest Park, Jacob Wismer, Lenox, Meadow Park, McKinley, Oak Hills, Ridgewood, Rock Creek, Sato, Skyline, Springville, Stoller, Terra Linda, West TV, and William Walker.
