Learn what horses need to be healthy and happy. Food, water, shelter, etc.
Activity: “Could You Keep a Horse In Your Room?” |

Discuss different ways of keeping horses from pastures to stables.
Activity: “Shoe Box Stable”. |

| Instructional activity featuring live horse demonstration. (Veterinarian / Vet Assistant) |

Explanation of saddles: emphasis on the barrel saddle.
Activity: Diagram with saddle parts, and real saddle demonstration.
