How many practices will be scheduled each week?
Each team will have one practice session each week on the Sports Complex Fields.

What if a specific day of the week does not work in my schedule?
Requested practice day and times will be taken in consideration when the practice schedules are being created. However, please be aware that attempting to fulfill the special circumstances for every family is highly improbable, Therefore, we will organize teams in a manner that is best for the entire league collectively.

Can both (or more) of my children be scheduled for practice at the same time?
Yes, please make a note on the Registration Form - there is a designated area. 

What happens if it is raining during practice time?
Coaches will be contacted and will notify their teams. If you have not received a call or email from your coach, please check the weather-line, (850) 505-4693, prior to coming to the Sports Complex for a practice or game.

What happens if it is raining before or during a game?
For any inclement weather the ROC Team Sports Department will follow the inclement weather protocol. Please refer to and follow this protocol for all weather related questions for games and practices. (Protocol can be found on the Recreation page).
