Junior Umpire Program

Will you be at least 10 years old in the spring of 2024? Are you a former Little Leaguer, knowledgeable about baseball and/or softball and looking to earn some cash? If so, then the Keystone Little League Junior Umpire Program might be for you! We are looking for current or former players who know baseball/softball and who want to umpire games for 7-12 year olds on weeknights and on weekends during the day. We will train you and provide the equipment you need.

During regular season play, we pay $8.00 to the field umpire, $12.00 to the plate umpire, $20.00 if alone for Farm Games . For Minors and the All-Stars tournament, we pay $10.00 to the field umpire, $15.00 for the behind the plate umpire, and $25.00 if alone.  You need to commit to attend the training and have the time to work at least one game a week.

If you want to join the program, go to our home page and click on the registration link. Follow the instructions and register as an umpire. We'll get back in touch with you in early spring to tell you when the training is and how to get started.
