Volunteers Welcome

Volunteers ALWAYS Needed

Willow Creek Little League is a non-profit, parent-run, volunteer organization established to provide a recreational softball program. All League activities are planned and performed by parent-volunteers. This includes organizing teams, securing fields, buying uniforms, scheduling over 360 games, coordinating with neighbor leagues, maintaining this website, paying the bills, .... and of course, managing and coaching all the players for a season. All together this work requires 100+ volunteers each season.

How Do I Become A Volunteer?

Parents, take a minute to fill out the online volunteer registration form. If you are not a parent and would like to volunteer, take a minute to fill out the form. The volunteer application form is available under the "Registration" tab at the top of this page. All volunteers are required to agree to and pass a background check.

What Can I Volunteer To Do?

No experience is required to become a volunteer. Most of the volunteer opportunities require little or no training. Willow Creek Softball will provide you with any necessary training (as well as support and encouragement). The best volunteers are those who are able to bring added enjoyment to the game simply be being themselves. What you see during Little League games is a mere fraction of what you can do as a volunteer. You can volunteer to help in virtually any aspect of Willow Creek Softball.

If you have questions regarding volunteer activity, please email [email protected]. and we will get back to you quickly.
