US Lacrosse Verification Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems validating your US Lacrosse membership number during registration, please ensure the information entered matches EXACTLY with your player's USA Lacrosse profile information. Here is how you can check it:

Log into www.usalacrosse.org.
Click "Family Management"
Click on the child's name

In a separate tab, log into www.jrgreyhoundlax.com and make sure you're in "My Account"
In the Participants section, click on the Edit icon next to the child's name

Check #1 - Do the first, middle and last names match between USA Lacrosse and Jr Greyhound Lax? If not, please correct it in one of the accounts and Save.

Check #2 - Does the Date of Birth match between USA Lacrosse and Jr Greyhound Lax? If not, please correct it in one of the accounts and Save.

Check #3 - Do the first 5 digits of the Zip Code match between USA Lacrosse and Jr Greyhound Lax? If not, please correct it in one of the accounts and Save.

If all 3 checks pass and it still doesn't work, please email [email protected].
