Registration Instructions

  1. From the home page, click Register.
    1. Create a Blue Sombrero member account, if you don't already have one. 
    2. Do NOT create multiple accounts, contact the registrar if you need help.
  2. Register for the season (Fall or Spring) and age-group (FR/SO or JR/SR) that your participant is playing in.
    1. After creating a Blue Sombrero member account, the programs available to each participant will appear. 
  3. Be as thorough as possible when entering the required information.
    1. Use legal names when registering (no nicknames).
  4. All payments are made by credit card.
    1. If you are requesting financial aid please email the registrar at [email protected] with proof of free or reduced lunch.
    2. A coupon code will then be sent to you once you have been approved.

50% off for reduced lunch participants
100% off for free lunch participants


Fall Refund Policy

75% refund before July 31st
50% refund on or after July 31st
No refunds on or after August 6th


Spring Refund Policy
75% refund before March 1st
50% refund on or after March 1st
No refunds on or after March 7th
