We're pleased to award the 2020 Red Bluff Junior Spartan Scholarship to Eli Wehbey, Junior Spartan Alumni.  Eli Wehbey spent 5 years as a Junior Spartan, starting out playing Center of all places!  His first year he was center and also played T.E. and D.E. Eli's second year he was the second string quarterback and played safety.  By his third year he had worked his way up, earning the starting quarterback and safety position.  He worked hard at practice and put in extra time on the weekends and during the offseason to develop as an athlete and as a football player.

Once he aged out of the Red Bluff Junior Spartans program he began his high school career, as the Red Bluff High School starting quarterback all four years.

Eli is now at Shasta College playing football while he earns his AA degree in Kinesiology.  He plans to transfer to a university in the future where he will continue playing football and pursuing his degree in Physical Therapy.

Congratulations Eli on earning the Red Bluff Junior Spartan 2020 Scholarship.  We wish you the best.
