WHYBS has once again partnered with the Bowling Green Hot Rods Baseball Club (Single A affiliate of the MLB Tampa Bay Rays) for a fun night at the park for our players and families that will also serve as an excellent fundraising opportunity for our program.
What - Second Annual WHYBS Night with the Hot Rods - BG Hot Rods vs. the Clinton LumberKings
When - Saturday May 11, 2018 @ 6:35 pm - need to be in the stadium by 5:45 for the player and coaches parade on the field
Where - BG Hot Rods stadium - 300 E 8th Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101
Details - Tickets are $10. $5 of every ticket sold by us comes back to WHYBS. League players in their jerseys get a free ticket. There will be a pregame parade around the field for league players and coaches.
How to buy tickets - Online Portal - DEADLINE TO ORDER TICKETS IS WEDNESDAY MAY 8
The Hot Rods set up a special online portal for us to buy tickets for this event. This is not through their regular website, so do not go there to try to do this.

2019WHYBSSelect the number of PAID tickets you need by clicking on the available seats in the displayed section. These will not be your actual seats, but the system requires you to click on seats in the section diagram to get your total. Your player(s) will still get a free ticket, so
do not include them in your total. (The free ticket applies to league players only, and they need to wear their jersey to the game. Coaches need to buy a ticket.)
Finish your order and pay.
A member of the Hot Rods staff will then reach out to you to find out how many free player tickets you need.
The Hot Rods staff will then assign seats based upon the total number of tickets each family needs and keep us grouped together in the same section(s) starting with Section 118 down the third base line.
We will have a special WHYBS Will Call table set up for you to pick up your tickets at the Hot Rods stadium on game day - no standing in line at the ticket window.
Hot Rods games are a really good time, and they are as focused on the fan experience as any pro sports organization that we've seen. They are also under new ownership that has invested over $2M in upgrading the park during this past off season.
This is a great opportunity to have a good time in a great family friendly setting and raise money for our program at the same time. Last year we had over 150 people there, had a great time, and brought over $700 back to our program. Let's see if we can blow past that number and take over Hot Rods stadium on 5/11!!
