Online Registration will open December 1st, 2020 and end February 6th, 2021 for the 2021 Spring Season of WAA Girls Softball.
** PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION, REGISTRATION WILL BE A "WAIT LIST" ONLY MEANING NO REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME YOU REGISTER. REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE INVOICED VIA EMAIL AFTER TEAMS ARE ROSTERED ON FEBRUARY 6TH. ** Registering online as "Wait List" is your commitment to enroll for the 2021 Spring Season.
Online Registration will open December 1st, 2020 and end February 6th for the 2021 Spring Season of WAA Girls Softball.

Information specific to each division such as age, fees, equipment, etc. can be found under the "Programs" Link on the Softball Website.
Some important things to note:
1)Walk in Registration date, time, and location TBD. There will also be an opportunity on this day for any player to stop by and try on the pants and jersey to ensure you order the correct size uniform. Any changes made to uniforms after this date will incur a fee.
2) Players age for the 2021 Spring Season will be determined using age on December 31st, 2020. Players age on December 31st is the age used to determine the division the player will play for the entire 2021 year, Spring and Fall Seasons.
3) The Girls Softball League team rosters will be reviewed by the WAA. Schedules are set by the Char-Meck Softball League and will be made available as soon as possible. Please note that we are affiliated with the Char-Meck Softball League and play other Athletic Associations within Union and Mecklenburg Counties. We do travel for away games. 4) Please download our Parent Code of Ethics document form from the downloadable forms section as your registration will signify your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
5) Please download our Medical Consent / Waiver of Liability Release Form.
Refund Policy: There will be a $25 administrative charge per player on all refunds requested before a Player is placed or drafted on a WAA team. ONCE A PLAYER IS PLACED OR DRAFTED ON A TEAM THEN NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
