Association board members are required to take this class to be approved to be on the board. This course will explain the ins and outs of running a successful association, how to stay out of lawsuits, and what your role on the board is.

2022 Cheer & Dance HANDS-ON Class
This is a Hands-on Course for everyone listed on the Cheer/Dance Roster. (inclusive of Association Cheer & Dance Coordinators, Head Coaches, Asst Coaches, Team Mom, Jr Coaches, Student Demonstrators)
You must attend this course in proper workout clothing including sneakers you will be instructed on different skills; mandatory participation is required to pass the class.
The course covers basic instruction on approved techniques, understanding risks, and injuries, proper training, managing parent relationships, and other important skills to adequately become a cheer coach.
Cost: $45.00 Pre-registered, $55 for walk-ins (walk-in registration starts 30 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Validity: 2 years for regular coaches, junior coaches, and student demonstrators vary
What is needed to attend: Jr Coaches and Student demonstrators must bring proof of age.

Football Coach's HANDS-ON Class
NOTE: Volunteers wishing to certify as Team Parents and first-year coaches can also attend this class.
The coach's certification classes are for any person that will be assisting in practice or on the sidelines during games. The course covers basic instruction on how to treat basic injuries, understanding risks, proper training techniques, managing parent relationships, and other important skills to adequately manage a team. All new coaches must attend one of these classes and coaches who wish to re-certify can attend one of these classes or go through the online course.
Cost: $35.00 Pre-registration, $45.00 walk-ins (walk-in registration starts 60 minutes prior)
