A player's full registration will only be given in the event of an extreme medical event, family hardship, or cancellation of the season and accompanied by majority vote of the current elected Jessamine County FastPitch board overseeing that current season. A full refund will only be given in the above listed events if uniform orders have not been placed at said time of the event. After the placement of the uniform order for that current season a player experiencing one of the above said events and receiving a majority approval of current Jessamine County Fastpitch board overseeing that current season will receive a refund of registration minus the cost of uniform and any fundraising attached to the cost of registration. Refunds will not be given for events such as but not limited to, not being placed on a certain coaches team, not being placed on a team with a friend, deciding not to play, unhappy with practice or game schedule. Once the cancellation of registration has been processed a refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation.
