Hello Parents and Players,

It is with a heavy heart that I am sending out this email today. Today our board met via video conference and voted 6-2 to cancel the 2020 season.  We have held out all hope that the season would be able to move forward in some way, but we believe that it is in the best interest of everyone in the league to cancel the 2020 season.  Some serious items went into this decision like the ability to get practice locations since school has been closed for the remainder of the year and the amount of work that would still need to be completed at the fields to get them ready as we were shut down before these things could be completed. But the biggest concern we have is what it will look like for the ability for us to gather in a large group like it is most days at the field once the lock-down is lifted. 

We will be issuing refund checks in the coming weeks but please be patient as we have A LOT to issue so we may not get to them immediately as our treasurer is an essential employee and is still working.  If you do not need your funds returned to you and would like us to hold on to them for next season please reach out to the league by responding to this email or emailing us directly at [email protected] please include your child's name and date of birth so we can verify that we have the correct player. If you received a scholarship type check to pay for your registration fees your child's fee will remain on your account and we will not be issuing you a refund check. 

Also please take a quick moment and log into your account and verify that your address is correct as the address on the account is where we will be mailing your checks. 

While we don't expect any change in this decision our board will be continuing to monitor the situation and will reach out to you immediately should this decision change.
