TUMBLING:
If any of your children are interested in working on their tumbling I have created a progression sheet for them to use. By each skill is a youtube tutorial on how to correctly do the tumbling and also a video teaching how to spot the tumbling! Please if your athlete does work on their tumbling please have them stretch out and also tumble on a softer area no hard wood or concrete!
