Teams practice 1-2 a week at one of the following locations Jackson Middle School, Markham Elementary, Stephenson Elementary, April Hill Park or Burlingame (either 4-5:30pm or 5:30pm-7pm), based on the coach's preference.

Game Schedule

The Fall Portland Youth Soccer Association (PYSA) season for 1st - 8th grade players consists of 7 games, all on Saturdays. Potential game dates include September 9, September 16, September 23, September 30, October 7, October 14, October 21 & October 28. The official game schedules is released by the league in Early-September. Families will be notified via email when the schedule is available.
Uniforms
The uniform can be purchased and picked-up at Tursi Soccer. Players from U7-U14 (1st to 8th Grade) are required to wear the JSC uniform to all games. The uniform consists of a red jersey, black shorts and black socks. Players are welcome to select any jersey number they’d like. The uniform is the same as previous seasons, so old uniforms can be reused.

*The items linked are recommendations and do not need to be purchased through Tursi Soccer. However, Jackson players receive a 15% discount on all additional purchases made in the Tursi store including cleats/ball/shinguards.

To sign-up, login or create an account by clicking the "my account" button on the top right of this page. View your player's available programs, and select their grade's Fall 2023 age-group. Please note, this step must only be completed after our registrar re-opens your player's age-group for late-registrations on a case-by-case basis.
Team / Teammate Request Policy
Early registration recommended if you are looking to be placed on your team from Fall 2022/Spring 2023.All players are placed on teams on a first come, first serve basis. If players were not placed on the team they requested, it is likely that team was full by the time they registered. If they were unable to be rostered on their team from last season, we’ve done our best to place players with previous teammates and/or players from the same school. We will do our best to accommodate all team/coach requests, but there is no guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
Refund Policy & Financial Assistance
- 75% refund before registration deadline (7/31), 50% refund on or after registration deadline (8/1), no refunds on/after schedule posted (early-September).
- Financial Aid is available for qualifying families. Please contact [email protected] to apply. Financial Aid does not cover uniform.
Volunteer to Coach
Each of our teams are coaches by our amazing group of parent volunteers and we'd love to have you be involved in the 2023 Fall season. Whether your player is new to the club or returning, it’s a great opportunity to invest in your local community and help enhance your child's soccer experience. Each team requires a Head Coach, Assistant Coach and ideally a Team Manager. If you’d like to learn more about the commitment, please see the resources below.
