What are the season dates?
- February 17, 2025 – May 23, 2025
How much is registration?
- Early Bird Discount: $150 (Register by January 4 to save $25!)
- Regular Registration Fee: $175 per child
- Family Discount: $10 off per sibling
- Late Registration (After Assessments): $225
What documents do I need to register?
*Returning All-Star players who completed residency verification and reside at the same address do not need to resubmit birth certificate or proof of residency documents.
What ages go in each division?
All boys and girls aged 6-16 years (Little League ages are based on the child’s age as of August 31, 2025).
- Minors | “A” (Machine Pitch): 6-8 years (example: child should be 6 by 8/31/25 for this division)
- Minors | “AA” (Player Pitch): 8-10 years
- Majors | “AAA” (Baseball): 11-12 years
- Intermediate (50/70): 13 years
- Junior League: 13-14 years
- Senior League: 15-16 years
*If your child is eligible in 2 divisions, you may request which division they are put in during registration, or email us to request that we make the determination at assessments based on their skill level.

When do practices start?
- AA, AAA, 50/70, Juniors: Drafts and team assignments occur the week of February 10. Practices start the week of February 17.
- Single A: Drafts and team assignments occur the week of February 17. Practices start the week of March 3.
- Once your child is assigned to a team, the manager will reach out with details. If you don’t hear from them, email us at [email protected].
What is the tentative schedule for practices?
Practice schedules are based on field availability and team manager/coach preferences. Generally:
- 2 practices per week starting mid-February. Weekday practices start at 4:30 or 5:30.
- Games: Begin Opening Day (March 29) with 2 games per week (typically one weekday and one Saturday). No regular games on Mondays or Fridays unless there are makeups.
- Season End: Around Memorial Day Weekend.
What are assessments, and when are they?
Assessments are required by Little League rules to ensure balanced teams.
- What to Bring: Cleats, light jacket, baseball/softball pants, hat or visor, cup, glove, and water. Do not bring your own bat.
Assessment Schedule:
- Tuesday, January 21: 5:00-6:30 pm (Ages 8-10 at HHS JV Softball Field), 6:15-7:45 pm (Ages 11-12 at HHS JV Softball Field), 5:30-7:00 pm (Ages 13-15 at HHS JV Baseball Field)
- Thursday, January 22: 5:00-6:30 pm (Ages 8-10 at HHS JV Softball Field), 6:15-7:45 pm (Ages 11-12 at HHS JV Softball Field), 5:30-7:00 pm (Ages 13-15 at HHS JV Baseball Field)
What do I need to get my kid ready to play?
- Baseball pants (color determined by coach)
- Jockey shorts and a cup (boys)
- Cleats
- Socks (color determined by coach)
- Glove
What gear does my child get from the league?
What is the registration fee refund policy?
- Before Assessments: Full refund for AA and up.
- After Uniform Distribution: 50% refund if the uniform is returned.
- On/After Opening Day: No refunds.
Where are the fields?
- Healdsburg Elementary (400 1st St, Healdsburg, CA 95448): Miller Field (northeast corner), Drowty Field (near concession stand), Batting Cages (southeast corner)
- Foss Creek Field (1557 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg, CA 95448): Closest to the parking lot.
- Recreation Park (515 Piper St, Healdsburg, CA 95448): Home of the Prunepackers.
