Referee Manager & Scorekeeper

• Direct the referees to assigned games according to the day's ref sign up sheet
• Coordinate any last minute referee assignments
• Collect and validate scorecards from referees after each game and submit to Game Day Manager
• Be available throughout game day, approximately 9am to 1pm

Equipment & Field Manager

• Place small (non-permanent) goals for U6 and U8 fields
• Place corner flags and cones on fields
• Distribute balls and pinnies to each team
• Ensure all distributed equipment is returned to shed
• Be available throughout game day, approximately 9am to 1pm

Social Media Manager

• Photograph Player of the Match for each team
• Collect any photography, video or content for Club's social media sites
• Submit content to Club's Social Media Coordinator
• Be available throughout game day, approximately 9am to 1pm

Game Day Manager

• Oversee all of the other game day volunteers
• Coordinate and confirm striping of fields prior to game days
• Act as the Club's main point of contact for all game day activities
• Be available throughout game day, approximately 9am to 1pm
