November & December - 3 weeks - 60 minute sessions on the ball, teaching proper technique and efficient movement patterns. First touch passing, dribbling, finishing, and more.

January & February – 8 weeks - 90 minute sessions including work on/off the ball and live play. Improve your technical ability and become proficient in different areas of the game. Develop the correct mechanics for sprinting, changing direction, jumping and landing.

January & February – 6 weeks Gym/Field - 90 minute sessions combining the gym and field work addressing imbalances to boost your overall athletic ability. This will include strength, speed, and power while focusing on technical proficiency and live play on the field.
