2012 - 2006 MLS NEXT Players - Fridays Positional/Body Prep

Dates - Every Friday March 14th - May 23rd. No session on May 16th

10 weeks - 90 minute sessions including positional work, body mechanics and mobility. Sharpen confidence on the ball and prepare the body to feel great for the weekend.
