The Cincinnati Fury is a premier select baseball organization whose mission is to develop boys into men of integrity through the game of baseball.  What makes the Cincinnati Fury unique is the dual commitment to character development and baseball skill in an exciting, competitive environment. 

The Fury believes the primary avenue to achieving its goals is through high level coaching.  Fury coaches are selected for their extensive baseball knowledge and experience, guided by the coaching philosophy of General Manager Don Gullet, Jr. and player development strategy of Assistant General Manager Roger Strunk.
