SUMMER 24 HEROES Girls Lax

Welcome to Summer LAX!
Our Summer Season is a great way to pick up a stick and learn the game . We want to teach skills, stick work, foot work and keep the girls active during the summer time. We will also have some scrimmages with other summer programs in the area and one game tournament Florida Wave July 13-14 at Flagler Beach. We ask to please be committed in attending this tournament.

Practices are Tuesdays and Thursday from 6-7:30

Great addition to this summer program at no extra cost thanks to our LNYS sponsor HUGHSTON ORTHOPEDICS! Middle and High School girls will have the opportunity Starting April 29th till August to train 2 times a week with a trainer Mondays & Thursdays 7-8 pm at Lake Nona Performance Center.
