Eastern North Carolina Pop Warner is a private 501(c)3, Non-Profit organization dedicated to the improvement of local youth working under a National Charter of Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc. as a member of the Mid-South Region.

Based in the State of North Carolina, we are located in Eastern North Carolina and our region covers portions of Onslow, Craven, and Carteret counties.

Currently, we have 7 active associations in the cities of Jacksonville, Swansboro, Newport, Havelock, Harlowe, and New Bern.

Known as ENC Pop Warner, we continually seek to add new associations of committed volunteers to help us fulfill the Mission, Goals and objectives of our Pop Warner charter.

For over 15 years we continue inspiring the youth of our areas to practice the high ideals of fitness, citizenship and good character.

We strive to bring our youth closer together through the means of a common interest in sportsmanship, fair play, honesty, loyalty, courage, scholarship, fellowship and reverence.  We also impart elements of safety, sanity and intelligent supervision in to the game in order to keep the welfare of youth first and foremost always. Winning of competition is secondary and the molding of character is our prime importance.
