Founded in 2016, and incorporated in 2018, Glens Falls Girls Lacrosse is a girl's lacrosse program that plays against other teams in the Capital District and surrounding area. Our program is built on four cornerstones: Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Effort, and Fun. 

Our Coed Intro to Lacrosse Program is for boys and girls in kindergarten. This is an introductory program to get our youngest of players interested and excited about lacrosse!  

Our 1/2 Lacrosse Program is for beginners and younger players in First and Second Grade. This is primarily a skills based program.

Our 3/4 Lacrosse Program is designed for both beginners and girls with prior lacrosse experience. We play in an 8 vs. 8 format.

Our 5/6 Lacrosse Program is designed for both beginners and girls with prior lacrosse experience. We play in a 12 vs. 12 format. This program is intended to prepare the girls for the Modified (7th and 8th grade) level. 

We pride ourselves on creating a fun, inclusive environment. Our volunteers work hard to teach not only lacrosse skills, but to instill the positive lessons and qualities associated with playing a team sport. Come join us - it's a lot of fun!
