The North Las Vegas Bears are committed to being a positive and organized football and cheer program for you and your children. We want to have a positive impact on each child that enters our organization. All staff members are interviewed and hand selected. Negative attitudes that are not a fit for our organization  will be asked to leave as we understand how much of an impressionable impact adults can have on our youth.
