The Springfield Local area now has a wrestling program.  For both boys and girls to participate in 1st to 6th grade.  Experience is not required.  All wrestlers compete individually and are matched up according to age, weight and experience.  Wrestling teaches body control and hand-eye coordination to improve agility, flexibility, reaction time, speed and balance.  It is also considered a great sister sport to football, baseball, track and field and many others.
