MOQ Fall 2017 Online Soccer Registration is now closed.

If you haven't registered your child yet and want to please contact
the Boys or Girls Commissioner to see if
there is room on the teams.   Please go to Contact Us tab to get the contact
information for the commissioners. 

You will need to download and print the MOQ Registration form and
return it to:
