Recommended Equipment
Uniforms will be available for purchase through Soccer Internationale, Omaha Nebraska.

Shin Guards -  These are MANDATORY safety equipment.  Shin guards should be worn UNDER the soccer socks to hold them in place while running, sliding, and kicking.  We will not allow a player to play without shin guards due to insurance regulations.  These can be found at many online retailers and local sporting goods stores.

Soccer Ball -  It is highly encouraged that each player have their own soccer ball for practice.

Size 3 for ages U7/U8.

Size 4 for ages U9-U12.

Size 5 for ages U13-U14.

Soccer Cleats - Important.  Sneakers don't work well on wet grass. Baseball and Football cleats have a toe cleat that soccer cleats do not. This toe cleat is dangerous to other players in soccer.  Make sure the cleats are made for soccer with no cleat on the toe.  These can be found at local sporting goods stores.

Water bottle - Did you know that water is as important to warming the body on cold days as it is for cooling the body on warm days? Make sure your player has plenty of water to last 75 minutes.   Clearly mark your child's name on their water bottle.  You will notice that most of us shop at the same stores and buy the same sale water bottles!

Helpful Hints

All players should dress appropriately for the weather. Layers are recommended.  In case of cooler weather, it is easier to take off the extra clothing as opposed to being chilled.

The program is held even during rain showers, provided the temperature is relatively comfortable. The only time a session will be cancelled is during a lightning storm or at the discretion of the Referee or the League.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before each session so that we may be able to start on time!!!

Please put your player’s name on his/her soccer ball in several places in Magic Marker so that a forgotten ball can be given back to the player.
Please make sure your player has all clothing and equipment before leaving the practice/game.
