WINTER WORKOUTS HAVE BEGUN!

AS WE PREPARE FOR 2022 WINTER WORKOUTS HAVE BEGUN FOR MOST AGE GROUPS. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR WINTER WORKOUTS, HOWEVER YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE 2022 SEASON IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
Mondays will be :
11/12 year old division for Baseball. They will be @ JFK new gym with Coach Brian Galati from 6pm-7:30/7:45

7/8 year old Farms division for Softball. They will be @ Robert Frost with Coach Jessica Henry from 6:30-7:30

7/8 year old Farms division for Baseball. They will be @ JQA with Coach Chris Anello from 6pm- 7:30/7:45

9-12 Softball Minors and Majors. They will be @ Robert Frost with Coach Brittany Skrypek. 6pm start however times may be staggered due to the number of girls. Your will be contacted with time details once you are registered.

Wednesdays will be:
9/10 year old Minors division for Baseball. They will be at JFK new gym with Coach Jon Lombardo from 6pm- 7:30/7:45

We are in need of volunteers for our tee ball indoor workouts. If you are interested please let us know.
