For those who are new to our program and need a little guidance please keep reading. If you are looking to get your little slugger ready for the season here is what you will need to get by age:
4 year old intro- A tee ball bat and a glove are required. A helmet is recommended but we have some loaners to use during clinics if needed. Cleats, baseball pants, batting gloves , chest protector, athletic supporter, and anything else that you can think of are optional. We supply a jersey and a hat. If they want to wear shorts let them, if they want to wear pajama pants let them ... You get the point. Make it fun!
5/6 year old Teeball- A teeball bat, a glove and a helmet are required. Cleats are strongly encouraged. We supply a jersey, a hat, baseball pants and socks. All other items are optional. Some of the kids put their gear into a baseball bag but it is up to them
All other ages- Baseball - A little league approved USA Baseball bat (not USSSA, not wood, not anything other than USA), glove, helmet and cleats are required. Metal spikes are not permitted. Athletic supporters and chest protectors are strongly encouraged for all positions. Athletic supporters are required for catchers. Batting gloves are strongly recommended. Most kids use a baseball bag for their gear . We supply a jersey, hat, baseball pants and socks.
Softball all ages- A bat, glove, helmet and cleats are required. Metal spikes are not permitted. Face guards are recommended. We supply a jersey, softball pants and socks.
