Raymond James help needed tomorrow (9/15) and Sunday (9/17)!!!!

We committed to working the Bucs/USF games this year in order to raise funds for new uniforms for the cheerleaders, warm up sets for the boys and girls, buy new equipment for the field, etc. Without the help of our parents and without this as a fundraising event, we cannot continue to provide the nice things at our field for your children. We are asking you all to step up and take an active role in raising funds that WILL BENEFIT YOUR child both this season, next season and for years to come. Please remember that this organization is run strictly by volunteers. There is NO ONE on the board, the coaching staff or anywhere else within the organization that is paid for helping to keep giving back to the community and these children. Without the help of the parents, the organization cannot succeed.

The Board needs help at the concession stand at Raymond James tomorrow for the USF game. You can arrive as late as 5 pm and should be able to leave by around 10-10:30 pm. You can park at Gate B off  Himes Ave.

Sunday is a Bucs 1 pm game. The report time will be around 9 am and you will leave around 4-5 pm depending on possible rain delays or overtime. Parking is located at HCC Dale Mabry Campus (behind it) and tell them that you are a volunteer with Aramark.

Please e-mail Monica Hill at if you can help this weekend. Please be advised that you must wear closed toed shoes and black slacks/pants in order to work the games.

We know that there have been many impacted by Hurricane Irma and due to that, games, practices, etc. have been cancelled/re-scheduled this week. We have no Rams events tomorrow night or Sunday and we need your help! We have over 230 football and cheer athletes and we need 15 people PER GAME at Raymond James to run the concession stand smoothly. The more people there are, the easier it is to run the concession stand. We need your help please!!!!!

Thank you in advance,

Valrico Rams Board of Directors
