Saturday game times: 

6 yrs.     4 to 5 pm
8 yrs.     5 to 6 pm
10 yrs.   6 to 7 pm
12 yrs.   7 to 8 pm
14 yrs.   8 to 9 pm
Open     9 to 10 pm if needed

Game Format

• (5 v 5) Two 20-minute halves 
• Half time break
• A few minutes to warm up & transition teams on & off the field
• Team size 8 to 10 players
• Everyone plays at least a half, no one plays a full game till everyone has played three quarters of the game
• Substitutions on the fly
