Hello my name is Shawn Glasgow and I am a life long Carpinteria local that participated in just about every sport available growing up. Surfing, fishing, baseball, soccer, beach volleyball, skateboarding, mountain biking ect....but really loved basketball throughout life. I started coaching once my first son was born back in 2004. I really got involved at the local Boys and Girls Club when my oldest reached the age to begin playing competitively. I have coached all 3 of my boys and look forward to coaching my daughter if she decides to play basketball.  I just finished my first year of coaching at the high school level at Carpinteria High School where I learned of the need to begin doing extra training in the off season with younger kids to prepare them for competitive play prior to reaching the high school level. After getting licensed as a USA Basketball coach and doing lots of research I decided I was ready to start my own program.
