Paddle with Police JULY 2025

We are pleased to be offering a small group Paddle boarding event at Quinn's Pond in partnership with Idaho River Sports.

This event will include a meet and great time with Boise Police Officers that will be assigned to each child (3-4 kids will be paired with each officer present). There will then be a basic water safety brief and introduction to the equipment that the participants will be using.

This event is expected to last 2 hours with at least 1 hour of water time. Starting at 10am.

Hook a Kid On Golf - July 14-17, 2025 - Afternoons at Pierce Park Greens

Join us for a fun and educational multi-day Youth Golf Clinic! This clinic is designed to introduce participants to the exciting world of golf while fostering positive relationships with law enforcement officers. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your skills, this clinic is perfect for all skill levels.

Event Highlights:

Multi-day sessions: Participate in hands-on golf lessons over several days.
Instruction: Boise Police Officers will guide participants through the fundamentals of golf.
Fun and Supportive Environment: Learn the basics of golf – from putting and chipping to full swings – in a safe, encouraging setting.
Team Building and Leadership: Beyond golf, participants will also engage in teamwork-building activities and discussions with police officers, promoting trust, respect, and community engagement.
Free Equipment: All necessary golf equipment will be provided for participants, so just bring your enthusiasm!

Whether you’re aiming to discover a new sport or enjoy some outdoor fun with your community, this clinic is the perfect opportunity to learn, grow, and make lasting connections.

*IMPORTANT: Upon registration, you will be sent an email with an additional golf waiver. Parent/guardian of participants will be required to complete the waiver(s) in order to participate in the event. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

July 28th Raftalong 2025

Welcome to registration for our 2025 Raftalong with Boise PAL! We are pleased to be able to offer this experience to youth in our community.

Schedule:

11:00am-12:00am drop off and lunch at Boise Police Station

12:00am-1:00pm travel to Cascade Raft

1:30pm - River time! ~ 3 hours on the water

4:30pm-5:30pm travel back to Boise Police station for parent pickup

This is a one day rafting trip with river guides (Thanks to Cascade Kayak & Raft!)and Boise Police Officers.
