TENTATIVE PRACTICE SCHEDULE

White Team and Beginners:

o   Practices:
Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30pm

Red Team: 

o   This team is for wrestlers of all ages with a minimum of 2 years wrestling experience

o   Practices:
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm

Black Team:
o  This team is for our most advanced wresters

o  Skill level is advanced
o  Practices:
Tuesday thru Thursday 6:30-8:00pm

***Team assignments will be done by our coaching staff***
